Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment of graphic design services and products purchased through our platform using Stripe as our payment processor. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Overview of Services
At KT Design & Illustration LLC, we provide custom graphic design services, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, digital artwork, and print-ready files. All payments made via credit card are securely processed via Stripe in U.S. Dollars (USD).
2. Order Process
Placing an Order: Orders are initiated through our website or via direct communication (e.g., email). Upon project completion, you will receive an invoice with the option to pay via credit card using a payment link powered by Stripe.
Payment Confirmation for Credit Card Payment: if you choose to pay via credit card, once payment is successfully processed through Stripe, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment details.
Custom Designs: For custom projects, we require you to provide all necessary details (e.g., design preferences, brand guidelines, or assets) before work begins. Incomplete information may delay fulfillment.
3. Delivery Method
Digital Delivery: All graphic design deliverables (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, or source files as agreed) are provided electronically via email, a secure file-sharing platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
4. Refund Policy
Custom Design Services: Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not offered, unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services. Digital files and custom designs are non-returnable once delivered.
Requesting a Refund: If eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at Kate@ktdesign.llc. Refunds for invoices paid via credit card are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Cancellation Policy
Custom Projects: You may cancel your order before work begins by notifying us at Kate@ktdesign.llc. Once design work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information required for your project (e.g., design briefs, dimensions, file formats).
Review and approve deliverables within 3 business days of receipt. Failure to respond may delay final delivery.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
